Terms for using the Nipurno property management platform.

Nipurno is a property management platform intended for property owners, landlords, managers, and tenants to organise buildings, apartments, rent billing, payments, and reporting workflows. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, entering accurate property and tenant information, and promptly notifying us of any unauthorised use of your account. Nipurno is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.

Nipurno offers Free, Starter, Professional, and Enterprise subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are processed securely by Paddle (paddle.com), our authorised payment provider and Merchant of Record. By subscribing to a paid plan you agree to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these terms.

Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions, meaning Paddle is responsible for billing, invoicing, and remitting applicable taxes (including VAT and sales tax) on your behalf. All charges appear on your statement as "PADDLE.NET* NIPURNO".

The Free plan is available indefinitely with no credit card required. Paid subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from your account settings. On cancellation your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time unless required by applicable law.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original charge by visiting our contact page. Refunds are granted at our discretion and processed through Paddle. Where required by consumer protection law in your jurisdiction, your statutory refund rights are not affected.

You may not use Nipurno to engage in unlawful activity, transmit spam or malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, or resell or sublicense access to third parties without our written consent. Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension.

Your data is stored securely and is never sold to third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

All content, branding, code, and features of the Nipurno platform are the intellectual property of Nipurno and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without express written permission.

Nipurno is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The platform should not be treated as legal, accounting, or tax advice. Property owners should verify financial and legal records independently before making business decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nipurno's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
